i am in shanghai visiting dad

bein busy doing touristy things.. yay.. if there’s one thing i’m known for it is my love of… sightseeing..

unfortunately it is august and therefore humid and… i’ve tried to be more enthusiastic but i’ve just been april ludgating in that dad is all “so isn’t this fun? we’re having fun” and i am like “yes i enjoy People, Places, and Things, and Looking at Things in Places full of People.”

also i cannot access facebook twitter youtube or apparently.. anything linked to by google search here in china..?

oh and also: while trying to watch the olympics on tv the USA team started winning and they immediately switched coverage to a different sport

oh except one thing that was pretty great: we watched this circus thingy today and they ended with bikers in a giant globe and it was some real speed racer shit up in there it was pretty awesome and one of the bikers was a lady awriiight
